![]() ![]() If you are buying your sign from us, we do have an option to stick two pieces of channelling on the back of your sign if it does not already come with it (see related product below). The only thing that will prevent you from installing your sign easily is if you sign does not have channelling on it. See our news story on positioning road signs correctly for more guidance. Although he tallest man in the world is over 8 foot in height it is generally accepted that the bottom of your sign should be positioned 2.1metres off the ground. ![]() If there is a pedestrian walkway anywhere near the sign, either install your sign at waist height (just above 1 metre off the ground) or above head height. ![]() When installing a sign, try to consider the hazard that that sign could pose to passerby. Once in place, the sign should not move or rotate. To hold it in place simply use the nut and bolt supplied to affix the clip on the other side of the clip. The semi-circular part of the clip then goes around the post. Simply run the right hand end (as shown in picture) of the clips down the two strips of channelling. As long as your sign has a channelling on the rear, the clips are very easy to fit. ![]()
